In addition to design techniques and tools, I've focused on learning how to structure a brand positioning, being able to start campaign concepts, and streamline creative teams' workflows through effective documentation and co-creation.
Documentation 📝
I effectively worked on documenting creative team libraries using tools like Notion and Confluence. Serving as a kind of onboarding, these libraries contained all team details, key documents, links, and brand assets.
Ideation 💡
At the beginning of every project, reuniting the team for collaborative ideation sessions is a good way to kickstart it. Brainstorming rituals are an example and can be used for branding projects and campaign concepts, always linking them with business objectives and exploring how visual communication can be more impactful.
Positioning and Brand Foundations ⛳️
The implementation of strategic techniques for defining brand positioning and essence, including the Golden Circle, archetypes, SWOT and SOAR analyses, as well as the value proposition canvas, helped me to understand how big brand are built.
Benchmarking and Inspirations 🗞️
References are always on creatives' radar, so why not encourage the search for and consumption of the best industry insights? In the teams I've worked with, I've always stimulated the culture of looking for great references, both within and outside of our direct competitors. With a kind of weekly newsletter, the team was able to keep informed and inspired by the newest industry trends.
